As a Global Senior Recruiter at SoftServe, you drive recruitment excellence by meeting targets and enhancing our employment brand. - Effective in verbal communication to convey ideas clearly (fluent English is a must have)

AND YOU WANT TO

- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill specialist and management roles by implementing a variety of talent attraction and engagement approaches
- Integrate recruitment strategies to attract, shortlist, select, and appoint suitable candidates for various jobs, whether permanent or temporary, within the organization globally
- Ensure the hiring of new employees by employing comprehensive recruitment processes
- Monitor and apply recruiting best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process
- Perform online research and conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate candidate applications and identify those that do not meet key criteria
- Interview candidates and provide detailed feedback into the applicant tracking system (Staffing Board) following a specified interview framework
- Build and nurture effective working relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional service
