We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the Core Experience of our platform. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role focuses on creating impactful and human-driven experiences for patients, therapists, and our clients. You’ll own the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and work cross-functionally to deliver features that drive measurable outcomes Main tasks and responsibilities: - Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Own the product roadmap for Core Experience, ensuring alignment with company mission and goals. Use data and user feedback to enhance experiences for patients, therapists, and clients. - Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, customer success, and data teams to deliver features. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure alignment across initiatives. - Execute with Precision: Create user stories, define requirements, and prioritize impactful features. Manage product delivery in an agile environment and leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency. - Focus on Metrics and Outcomes: Use data analysis to identify opportunities and measure success. Conduct A/B testing to optimize user flows and validate hypotheses. - Champion Customer Obsession: Understand the needs of all users and prioritize their input in product decisions. Maintain high quality standards for user experience. - Thrive in Ambiguity: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Address all challenges regardless of size and make confident decisions even with limited information. The Ideal candidate will have: - University degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field. - 7+ years of product management experience - 5+ years with consumer-facing platforms or SaaS products. - Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs. - Familiarity with personalization, A/B testing, and user-centered design principles. - Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including user research, agile development, and experimentation. - Fluency in English & Spanish - Specific curiosity about AI and its application in digital products, with the ability to anticipate how emerging technologies can transform user experiences and create competitive advantages in the market.
