En Logicalis Spain estamos buscando 1 perfil de AI / MLOps Engineer para integrarse en nuestra BU de Data & Analytics . El equipo de Data & Analytics de Logicalis trabaja con clientes nacionales e internacionales, llevando a cabo importantes proyectos de inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, estrategia del dato, gobierno, integración y arquitectura, abarcando todo el ciclo de vida del dato. FUNCIONES / REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS 1. Administración y evolución de la plataforma en AWS - Diseñar, desplegar y mantener la infraestructura necesaria para los entornos de IA y análisis de datos. - Optimizar costes, rendimiento y seguridad de la plataforma AWS. - Implementar y mantener Infraestructura como Código (IaC) con Terraform o AWS CDK. - Gestionar entornos de desarrollo, test y producción garantizando consistencia y trazabilidad. 2. Mantenimiento y soporte de soluciones AIOps / Data Platform - Dar soporte técnico de segundo nivel a los equipos de Data Science, Prompt Engineering y Analytics. - Monitorizar y resolver incidencias en pipelines, orquestadores o entornos de ejecución. - Analizar logs, trazas y métricas para detectar problemas de rendimiento o errores en procesos de IA. - Proponer y ejecutar mejoras continuas en la fiabilidad, escalabilidad y usabilidad de la plataforma. 3. Integración con soluciones de IA y RAG - Facilitar la implementación y despliegue de RAGs, agentes de IA y frameworks LLM dentro de la infraestructura. - Gestionar el acceso y la integración con vector stores y servicios de IA (Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, etc.). - Colaborar con ingenieros de IA para optimizar la ejecución y observabilidad de agentes o modelos. 4. Observabilidad y AIOps - Diseñar e implementar sistemas de monitorización y alerta proactiva. - Incorporar prácticas AIOps: análisis de logs, métricas y eventos para detectar patrones o anomalías. - Documentar y automatizar la respuesta ante incidencias recurrentes. 5. Desarrollo de herramientas y frameworks internos - Diseñar y mantener librerías internas que faciliten el trabajo de los científicos de datos (por ejemplo, plantillas de notebooks, wrappers de APIs o SDKs). - Estandarizar entornos de ejecución y plantillas de proyectos. - Documentar buenas prácticas y procedimientos técnicos.
