• Kubernetes-native architecture with 15-minute deployment

We're looking for someone to take adaptrix to the next level — not to build from scratch.
Architecture decisions, security, team building, technical sales, and taking it from product to market leader.
What We Offer:
• Significant equity package (co-founder track available for the right candidate)

We're Open to Different Experience Levels:
CTO / Co-Founder Track:
• 7+ years engineering, with team leadership experience
• Bonus: Previous exit or startup leadership
VP Engineering / Head of Engineering:
• 5+ years engineering, with engineering management experience
• Built or scaled product teams
Founding Engineer:
• 3+ years shipping production software
• Hungry to grow into leadership
For All Roles:
• Strong with backend (Python preferred), databases, cloud infrastructure
• Interested in AI/ML (deep experience not required)
• Excited about ownership and building something meaningful
The Challenge:
Lead (or grow into leading) the technical strategy for our platform. Build the team. Close enterprise deals. Create the moat through integrations, customer success, and technical excellence.
