Meet the Team

You’ll join our diverse and driven Customer Experience team—full of international colleagues who are all working toward one goal: happy customers. We support each other, challenge each other, and have fun along the way.

What You’ll Do

- Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.

- Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer.

- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent English speaker (native or near-native)

- An advanced level in any of the following languages: French, German or Dutch.

- Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus.

- Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness.

- You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

- A great team player who’s always ready to support others.

- Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.
