This is an amazing opportunity to work on AWS, CI/CD & Automation. The team consists of 5 and is reporting to the Director, DevOps. We have a great skill set in Terraform, AWS, CI/CD, Python, and automation.We would love to speak with you if you have skills in **driving technical decisions and managing distributed teams across the globe.****About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.* At least **7 years of professional experience**, with **2+ years in a management or technical lead role**.* Hands-on experience in **coding (Python preferred)** and ability to perform **code reviews**.* Strong background in **DevOps practices**, including **release management, operations, and CI/CD pipelines**.* **Tech stack:** AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Python, automation tools.**It would be great if you also have . . .*** Experience with **multi-region team management** and remote collaboration.* Exposure to **cloud-native architectures** and **infrastructure as code best practices**.* Lead and manage a team of 5 DevOps engineers based in Spain and India.* Drive technical decisions and strategy for AWS, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure.* Perform **code reviews**, assist with **release management**, and ensure operational excellence.* Collaborate closely with development managers and stakeholders to support delivery.**About the Team**Our DevOps team consists of 5 highly skilled engineers with expertise in AWS, Jenkins CI/CD, GitHub, Python, Terraform, and automation. The team works closely with development teams across Spain and India to enable smooth releases and maintain robust infrastructure.
