OpenShift (Automation) - DevOps Engineer

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a profile passionate about OpenShift, automation, and modern DevOps practices to join our financial sector client and help operate and automate mission-critical financial infrastructure used across Spain and Switzerland.
Main responsibilities:
- Operate and evolve a global OpenShift platform
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
- Improve alerting and speed up incident resolution
- Install, upgrade, and maintain OpenShift clusters
- Manage and resolve tasks assigned to the team’s support desk
- Work closely with other technical teams in an international environment
Who are you?
- Strong automation mindset
- 3+ years of experience operating or administrating OpenShift
- Hands-on experience with: Argo CD (GitOps), Helm, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, Grafana & Prometheus, APIs
- Experience deploying OpenShift clusters on VMware
- Experience with OpenShift installation and upgrades
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
