Que harás en tu día a día? - Coordinar el equipo de barra bajo la supervisión del Rooftop Manager para garantizar un servicio de barra eficiente y de calidad. - Supervisar inventarios y pedidos, manteniendo el Rooftop siempre preparado y optimizado. - Ofrecer una atención excepcional al cliente, resolviendo cualquier incidencia con elegancia y profesionalidad. - Impulsar mejoras y nuevos proyectos, contribuyendo a elevar la experiencia global y a consolidar el Rooftop como un referente de calidad y estilo. Que valoramos? - Experiencia previa liderando equipos en barra o restauración. - Habilidades comunicativas y capacidad de toma de decisiones. - Orientación al servicio y a la eficiencia operativa. - Organización, responsabilidad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. - Nivel alto de inglés.
