El rol: McCann Worldgroup busca un Junior Copywriter que apoye en la redacción de textos atractivos para plataformas digitales y comunicaciones CRM.

Funciones principales:

- Redactar y editar publicaciones adaptadas a cada plataforma digital.

- Tener pasión por las tecnologías digitales y la publicidad actuales y futuras.

- Utilizar el conocimiento del comportamiento del público objetivo para optimizar el lenguaje, tono y mensajes en los assets.

Perfil ideal:

- Experiencia demostrable (1-2 años) como Copywriter Digital o puesto similar en agencias de publicidad, PR o digitales.

- Habilidad para captar el tono y mensaje de marca combinada con talento estratégico.

- Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente en entornos dinámicos y con plazos ajustados.

- Excelente dominio del inglés y catalán, tanto escrito como hablado, es obligatorio.

Condiciones laborales:

- Contrato indefinido.

- Salario competitivo y negociable según experiencia.

- 23 días laborables de vacaciones más 2 fines de semana largos a elección.

- Disponibilidad del día del cumpleaños como día libre.

- Incorporación a una multinacional con alta solvencia y proyectos innovadores y de gran escala.

- Modelo híbrido de trabajo.
