We’re currently looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team within the beauty and lifestyle sector.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team supporting multiple brands across different markets. Reporting to both the Head of Consumer Data and the Consumer Data Tech Director, you’ll play a key role in enhancing consumer insights and improving the overall customer experience across ecommerce and omnichannel platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Segment customers and perform deep-dive analyses to support targeted campaigns.
- Deliver strategic insights to improve customer experience, retention, and growth.
- Build and maintain dashboards for performance, CRM, and eCommerce teams.
- Automate reporting and promote a self-serve analytics culture.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability.

Requirements:

- Strong SQL skills and ETL pipeline experience.
- Background in statistics or quantitative analysis (Python or R is a plus).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with advanced analytical models and customer & marketing analysis.
- Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel attribution models.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with excellent time management, high standard of quality and stakeholder engagement skills.
