What we’re looking for

Senior Specialist of Marketing Automation – support critical marketing enablement of our Lifecycle and Email teams. Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our marketing automation stack.

Responsibilities

- Build and execute end‑to‑end email campaign automations from data integration to campaign creation.

- Maintain key Eloqua automations such as Lead Scoring, Unsubscribe Flows, Webhooks, etc.

- Enforce platform governance and health.

- Monitor and improve email deliverability.

What you’ll bring

- 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation and email marketing.

- Strong competence with best‑in‑class MarTech platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.), CRMs (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.), and analytics (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Fullstory, etc).

- Solid understanding of email programming (HTML, CSS).

- Experience with email tracking and attribution.

- Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability that is fact‑based and insight‑rich.

Must have

- Experience with Eloqua.

- Experience with lead acquisition, funnels, and integrations.

- Experience with end‑to‑end analytics and attribution.

- HTML/CSS experience.

Nice to have

- SQL experience.

- Understanding of databases, data warehousing, etc.

- Wide exposure to various MarTech tools.
