En The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid, buscamos un Talent Acquisition Executive para gestionar el reclutamiento integral del hotel y apoyar el posicionamiento de la marca como empleador de referencia. La posición será responsable de la publicación de vacantes, cribado de candidaturas, entrevistas, coordinación de contrataciones y seguimiento de incorporaciones, así como de las acciones de employer branding y comunicación de Recursos Humanos. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los responsables de los departamentos, garantizando procesos profesionales, alineados con los estándares de una marca de lujo.
Requisitos : Experiencia previa en selección de personal o Recursos Humanos, idealmente en hotelería o servicios. Capacidad para gestionar varios procesos de selección simultáneamente. Buen nivel de español e inglés, oral y escrito. Interés por employer branding y comunicación en redes sociales. Alta organización, confidencialidad y atención al detalle. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trato profesional. Manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento y herramientas digitales. Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en Madrid.
