We are looking for a Senior C# Developer to join our growing team in Barcelona . In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable applications while collaborating with global teams across Romania and the United States. You’ll play a key role in leading development efforts, maintaining legacy systems, and leveraging AWS Cloud infrastructure to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

This position follows a hybrid work model based in Barcelona , with three (3) days per week in the office and two (2) days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, write, build, and deploy high-quality code.
- Analyze business application requirements, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with an Agile team , taking a leadership role in guiding development efforts and ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Leverage AWS Cloud infrastructure to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing legacy applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs across various OPIS codebases.
- Adhere to best practices in software development , including continuous integration and deployment.

Must-have Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework .
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
- Strong understanding of relational databases , preferably SQL Server or PostgreSQL .
- Experience working within a modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) .
- Exposure to Cloud and Application Architecture , ideally AWS .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- English level: B2 Advanced or C1.

Nice-to-have

- Experience with microservices and containerized applications .
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
