THE OPPORTUNITY Title: Enterprise Inside Sales Representative - Global Industries (English speaking) Location: Barcelona, Spain (onsite) Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (English speaking) to join our Enterprise Inside Sales Team based in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for generating net new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business, focusing on both new prospects and existing accounts. You will act as a strategic partner, using a consultative approach to align our solutions with customer business goals while collaborating closely with field sales teams to drive growth. Success in this role is measured by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas, maintaining high activity metrics, and retaining existing customers, all within a collaborative, team-focused environment. Please note, this role requires business fluency in English. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: - Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting, lead qualification to deal closure, managing outbound prospecting and remote meetings to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. - Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25k for assigned Enterprise accounts. - Collaborate with field sales, Sales Subject Matter Experts, and Account Executives to execute account strategies and identify transactional opportunities for large enterprise accounts. - Lead negotiation processes, ensuring pricing, profitability, and SLA agreements meet both customer and company expectations. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards by managing the Request for Proposal process and accurately tracking all sales activities and pipeline data within the Customer Relationship Management system. - Leverage CRM, Salesforce, and social media analytics to enhance sales strategies and drive profitable growth. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in proactive "hunting" and prospecting, including cold calling and scheduling remote meetings to maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Strong ability to ask probing questions to uncover client needs, assess their decision-making process, and ensure they have the right budget and timeline. - Proven track record of negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Ability to guide prospects through the sales process smoothly and confidently. - Strong knowledge of virtual selling technology, including proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems (such as Salesforce) and social selling platforms like LinkedIn. - Proven ability in negotiation and stakeholder management, with the confidence to engage decision-makers and navigate complex Service Level Agreements. - Exceptional communication skills to conduct Interactive Business Reviews and present clear value propositions to diverse client groups. Competencies: - Qualifying: Accurately assess prospects’ readiness to buy, including decision-makers, budget, and timelines. - Sales Technology: Proficient in using CRM systems, social selling, and video tools to maximize efficiency. - Reaches Decision Makers: Confidently engage with decision-makers to ensure impactful conversations and shorten sales cycles. - Hunting: Proactively prospect for new business and maintain a full sales pipeline.
