FP Internship: Home Solutions technical support

?Your Role and Responsibilities

?In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

- Respond to external technical inquiries via email and internal inquiries via email and Teams

- Create support cases using Salesforce for tracking purposes

- Prepare technical notes with product diagrams and configurations

- Create videos demonstrating how to install or program products/configurators

- Present products and/or provide translations from English to Spanish

?Qualifications for the Role

- Education: Student of CFGS in Electricity or Electronics or Automation Control

- Languages: English level B1

- Additional knowledge: Ofimática, y serán apreciados conocimientos de edición de videos y KNX.
