In CTGE we are looking for an Administration Specialist to join our Administrative Office team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy.

In this role, you will learn and support in different tasks:

- Reception management, including front desk presence during working hours, and handling daily reception-related matters as a primary responsibility.
- Management of fixed assets (offices, apartments, etc.).
- Vehicle management, including contract management, payment, and fuel card management for both long-term and short-term rental cars;

- Meetings arrangement for directors and general managers;

- File collection, sorting and filing work;

- Administrativework, including expense reimbursement, travel arrangements, documents translation, etc.;

- Other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Communication, Administration, or any relevant discipline/equivalent work experience.
- Spanish (Advanced - C1), English (Advanced-C1) and Chinese (desirable, not mandatory).
- At least 2 years of experience working in a related position.
- Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem solving, critical thinking, enthusiastic and collaborative team player.
