We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and LLM-based systems to join an international team within the automotive sector.
This role focuses on designing and implementing agent-based AI solutions, working with LLM orchestration, tools and reasoning workflows. Chatbots and conversational interfaces are a key use case, but the core of the role is agentic architectures and AI systems in production.
🛠️ Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent systems based on LLMs
- Develop and maintain LLM orchestration workflows (agents, tools, reasoning, RAG, etc.)
- Build Python-based backend services to support agent-based AI solutions
- Integrate AI systems with external APIs and enterprise services
- Design and execute POCs and pilots, evolving them into production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of AI architectures within an enterprise environment
- Deploy and operate AI solutions in cloud environments (GCP, Azure or similar)
- Ensure solution quality, security and operational robustness
- Stay up to date with new developments in LLMs, Agentic AI and orchestration frameworks
🔧 Experience and skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong focus on AI systems and Python development
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or multi-agent architectures applied to real use cases
- Strong experience working with LLMs (e.g. GPT, Gemini, Claude) and orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph or similar)
- Experience integrating APIs and external services in production systems
- Experience deploying and operating solutions in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS or similar)
- Background in Conversational AI or chatbots is a strong plus
- Exposure to Google ADK or similar agent frameworks is a plus (not mandatory)
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI frameworks and technologies
- Fluent English (international environment)
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: 40h/week. Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays
Language: English (C1), Spanish (B2)
