Solution Architect

Role Description

We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in enterprise solutions, immersive technologies (XR/VR/AR), SaaS tools, and cloud architectures. The ideal candidate has a consultative and strategic approach, capable of guiding business and public organizations in the adoption, integration, and deployment of advanced technological solutions.

This role combines technical architecture, presales, enterprise security, partnership enablement, and technical account management, working cross-functionally with internal teams and high-level clients.

Responsabilities:

- Main Responsibilities (Summary Version)
- Design and implement scalable architectures that integrate XR/VR/AR, SaaS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Guide enterprise clients and public organizations in the adoption, integration, and deployment of advanced technology solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with sales teams on presales, technical demos, and closing opportunities.
- Manage technical relationships with strategic clients and technology partners, ensuring expert support throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Lead integrations with REST APIs, IdP, SSO, and cloud ecosystems, and ensure successful deployments of XR solutions.
- Coordinate pilots, validations, troubleshooting, and escalations with engineering teams.

Profile Requirements

Technical Experience

- Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Presales Engineer, or similar roles.
- Knowledge in XR/VR/AR/mR, enterprise platforms, SaaS, and cloud.
- Experience working with APIs (REST), integrations with IdPs, SSO, and authentication ecosystems.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), communications, and collaboration platforms.
- Basic or intermediate knowledge in AI/GenAI, ML, or related products (e.g., Llama).
- LEVEL ENGLISH B2
