Senior Consultant – Modern Workplace

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant – Modern Workplace (Cloud Platform) to join our Public Cloud practice. This role combines strong technical capabilities with advanced consulting and client-management skills. The selected candidate will lead large, complex transformation projects in the Modern Workplace area, working closely with clients, project managers, and multi-disciplinary teams across EMEA.

Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex Modern Workplace projects (typically 3 to 12 months) for enterprise customers ranging from 1,000 to 15,000+ users, ensuring delivery on time and in line with requirements.
- Act as a key client-facing consultant, capable of understanding business needs, identifying pain points and risks, and translating them into clear technical and project requirements.
- Work closely with Project Managers and multi-practice teams, often distributed across EMEA, contributing to planning, progress monitoring, and milestone management.
- Support technology transformation programmes, guiding clients through migration, consolidation, or modernisation initiatives.
- Design, configure, and implement Modern Workplace solutions, with focus on: Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune, SCCM) ; Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) ; Identity and access (Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Execute M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including use of third-party tools such as BitTitan and Quest.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities in partnership with the Solutions Team: technical scoping and requirement gathering; estimating effort and timelines; defining task lists, delivery plans and SoW; providing subject-matter expertise to shape new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver demos, presentations and training for clients when required.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supporting knowledge sharing and contributing to a strong team culture.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Modern Workplace Consultant, Endpoint Specialist, Cloud Consultant or similar role.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Solid experience across Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Good understanding of hybrid environments and identity platforms (Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID).
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and tools such as BitTitan and Quest.
- Knowledge of Exchange On-Premises and related hybrid configurations is a plus.
- Skills on Google Workspace is considered a nice-to-have, not mandatory.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to identify risks, attention points, and escalation paths within complex projects.
- Strong team collaboration mindset.
- Ability to coordinate with multi-country teams and work in structured project environments.
- Comfortable interacting frequently with clients in meetings, workshops and project reviews.
