Efficacy Test Assistant – Dermocosmetics

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Efficacy Test Assistant to join our dermocosmetics team in Barcelona for a 6-month temporary assignment. The role will support internal and external projects, assisting R&D, Medical Marketing, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of efficacy tests and related operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of efficacy tests prior to production of finished dermocosmetic products.
- Perform work and equipment follow-up protocols, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support the drafting and updating of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Manage internal and external projects within Dermalab, coordinating with CROs and external providers.
- Carry out photoprotection and other efficacy tests, assisting the technical team as needed.
- Organize panels, including panelist management, scheduling, and testing logistics.
- Support CCAA, Medical Marketing, and Marketing teams with operational and administrative tasks.
- Assist in the management of company platforms and databases.
- Handle administrative duties such as invoices, purchase orders (POs), and emails.
- Perform technical visits to external CROs when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- Previous experience in clinical, laboratory, or dermocosmetic project support is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM platforms is desirable.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
