Financial System Analyst

At Adsearch Spain, we are looking for a Financial System Analyst with experience as a OneStream Administrator.
This is a key project to ensure that global reporting, consolidation, and forecasting processes are carried out in compliance with US GAAP and SOX.
You will hold a highly visible international role, combining technical expertise in OneStream with a strong understanding of financial processes to make a real impact on the way finance teams operate.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise OneStream.
- Provide support in financial reporting cycles: consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams on system improvements, issue resolution, and ERP integrations.
- Create and maintain reports for key stakeholders.
- Document processes.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles working as a OneStream Administrator (security, rules, data sequences, cube views, dashboards).
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal controls, financial statements, consolidation, and forecasting.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- OneStream certification, SQL or VB.NET knowledge, and ERP experience will be highly valued.
