Contract | 3–5 Years Experience | Bilingual Spanish & English

Location & Availability

- Based in Madrid or able to work on-site
- Two days per week required at our Madrid offices (remaining days remote)

We’re looking for a talented Freelance Java Developer with solid hands-on experience in Calypso to support a key project within our financial technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing group on impactful deliverables in the trading and risk management space.

✅ What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and enhance Java-based components within the Calypso platform
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting activities
- Contribute to architectural discussions and best practices

✅ Requirements

- 3–5 years of professional Java development experience
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written & spoken)
- Proven experience with the Calypso platform (configuration, workflows, customizations, or integration)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
