THE ROLE

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has a keen interest in automation technology, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The responsibilities of the role:

As the Hybrid Designer, with a strong design background and solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS3, Javascript, etc), you will support the day-to-day activities of the automation solutions within the Operations Team. Working closely with senior team members and Project Managers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, technically sound, and visually engaging assets, working closely with creative, development, and local marketing teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Design and adapt digital assets based on global brand guidelines and local requirements for different markets across Europe.
- Implement responsive HTML/CSS layouts optimized for multiple platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to ensure both visual consistency and technical feasibility.
- Follow brand guidelines and production specs with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Work efficiently to deliver high volumes of content under tight deadlines.

Experience and Skills:

- Solid experience (3 years min) as a visual + Front-end Designer within advertising, digital fields with Automation tools (ex. GWD, Celtra, Figma, Bannerflow, Adlayer, etc.)
- Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting issues related to automation systems.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Experience working in multicultural, large-scale production environments.
- Agile mindset with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Is preferred native speakers of: English, French, German, Nordic and Eastern European languages.
- Stay up to date with technological advancements and help implement new solutions within the studio environment.
- Experience with motion design or CSS Animations.
- Experience with automation tools to streamline creative production.
- Familiarity with global design systems and component libraries.
- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or DAM platforms.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for quality and efficiency, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of your work.

Languages:

- English: Not relevant but if the candidate has it, is ok.

The ideal candidate should have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and an agile, adaptive attitude. A keen interest in learning, staying updated with technology, and working with multicultural teams is also essential.
