Misión del Puesto:

Identificación de inmuebles, análisis, negociación y cierre. (Pisos y Edificios - Residenciales)

Principales Responsabilidades:

Identificación y adquisición de activos inmobiliarios:

• Buscar oportunidades de vivienda de segunda mano y edificios adecuados para posterior gestión de alquiler en corta/media/larga estancia bajo la tesis de inversión de Muppy.

• Establecer relaciones con agentes inmobiliarios de la ciudad para acceder a oportunidades exclusivas.

• Analizar la viabilidad económica de los activos, incluyendo coste de adquisición, reforma y potencial de rentabilidad.

• Negociación de oportunidades y cierre del proyecto.

Perfil Ideal:

Formación y Experiencia:

• Conocimiento del mercado residencial de vivienda en Alicante.

• Experiencia en negociación de inmuebles.

• Familiarizado con las diferentes tipologías de alquiler: corta, media y larga estancia.

• Red de contactos activa en el sector inmobiliario (agencias, promotores, inversores, bancos).

Habilidades Clave:

• Perfil comercial con enfoque en captación de inmuebles.

• Capacidad analítica y financiera para evaluar inversiones.

• Alta capacidad de negociación y cierre de operaciones.
