What will you do in this role?

You will join the French Desk , acting as a key point of contact for international clients — including French, Dutch, English and other foreign profiles — and managing:

✨ The full payroll and labour cycle (including variables, bonuses, expatriates/impatriates and international mobility)

✨ Preparation and filing of Social Security settlements (RNT/RLC)

✨ Drafting of employment contracts, extensions, addenda, settlements and terminations

✨ Application and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements in multi-agreement environments

✨ Advanced labour advisory services, with frequent communication in English.

✨ Filing of tax forms 111 and 190

✨ Preparation of documentation for labour inspections, audits and due diligence processes

✨ Labour management of foreign employees

✨ Technical support and mentoring of junior profiles

Who are we looking for?

Degree in Labour Relations, Labour Law, Law or similar

Solid experience in a consultancy, professional services firm or in-house labour department

Proficiency in A3NOM or similar payroll software

Experience working with international clients

High level of English is essential.

A technical, autonomous and analytical profile with strong attention to detail
