Desde RightHand, compañía especializada en atracción del talento digital y contratación, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un Marketing Automation & Post-Lead Manager. El rol estará orientado a diseñar y liderar la estrategia de automatización de marketing y comunicación post-lead para instituciones educativas, optimizando todo el journey posterior a la captación inicial del lead. Será responsable del diseño de flujos de nurturing y de asegurar la máxima contactabilidad multicanal, con el objetivo de convertir leads en alumnos.

Responsabilidades:

- Diseñar flujos automatizados de lead nurturing adaptados a buyer personas, momento del funnel y marca educativa.
- Gestionar campañas multicanal automatizadas (email, WhatsApp, SMS, llamadas automatizadas, notificaciones push, etc.) según tipo de contacto y canal preferente.
- Asegurar una estrategia de contactabilidad efectiva, optimizando entregabilidad, apertura, respuesta y evitando bloqueos o rebotes.
- Implementar y mejorar modelos de lead scoring que prioricen leads según madurez e interacción, en coordinación con Marketing Digital y Admisiones.
- Establecer procesos de limpieza, normalización y mantenimiento de bases de datos para garantizar calidad de contacto.
- Coordinarse con los equipos de Admisiones, Contenido, Tecnología y CRM de distintas instituciones para asegurar coherencia en mensajes y timings.
- Analizar el rendimiento de campañas y flujos de automatización para optimizar constantemente el impacto.

Requisitos:

- Experiencia en Marketing Automation, post-lead nurturing o CRM.
- Competencias: ➢ Dominio avanzado de herramientas CRM y email marketing, principalmente Microsoft Dynamic, Selligent, Bird, Zapier. ➢ Experiencia en gestión técnica y estratégica de comunicación multicanal. ➢ Conocimiento profundo en lógica de automatización, entregabilidad, segmentación avanzada y tracking. ➢ Perfil analítico, metódico, resolutivo y orientado a conversión.
- Idiomas: Inglés fluido.
