About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solution Architect to design and implement scalable ERP solutions that support Sariba’s Professional Services and SaaS business processes. This role blends hands-on system administration with long-term architectural strategy, ensuring our platforms are efficient, integrated, and future ready.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

- Manage ERP environments, including user setup, security, and data integrity.
- Configure objects, fields, workflows, and reports to support evolving business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable ERP solutions aligned with organisational goals.
- Define integration strategies between ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance are consistently applied.

Process Optimisation

- Collaborate with stakeholders to map and translate business processes into effective technical solutions.
- Drive automation and efficiency across Professional Services and SaaS workflows.

Governance & Support

- Maintain compliance with platform updates, security standards, and data governance policies.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on ERP functionality and best practices.
- Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable, integrated solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently and lead technical discussions.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations, middleware, and data migration strategies.

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- ERP or enterprise architecture/ administrators’ certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
- Training in integration technologies and data management is preferred.
