The Role:

The NetSuite Developer at MotorK is essential in maintaining and enhancing invoicing systems to improve business processes and support data-driven decisions. This role ensures smooth operations across departments, directly impacting customer operations efficiency.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, preferably with knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Dealhub.
- Understanding of subscription management principles and systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes for optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving system issues.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and optimize invoicing system functionalities to meet business needs.
- Support ERP (Netsuite) and related system users, resolving issues promptly.
- Develop documentation and conduct training for system users.
- Create and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows, and reports.
- Develop and optimize integrations between NetSuite and other systems.
- Participate in all SDLC phases for NetSuite projects.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite systems.
