We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager who will take care of planning, development & execution of marketing strategy and marketing initiatives in Germany. If you enjoy a start-up spirit, understand the German market & want to unleash your creativity, apply today
Location:
This position is based in Barcelona, Spain.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for our German market;
- Localise & deploy Marketing initiatives & campaigns;
- Take care of all marketing operations across the country with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients;
- Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC;
- Listen to the trends of the German health-tech market and support market research efforts where required;
- Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.);
- Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online;
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector;
- Very good understanding of the German market;
- Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels;
- Both creative and analytical mindset;
- Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing;
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences;
- Fluent in German & English.
