Estamos buscando un/a Bid Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo de negocio y liderar uno de los procesos más estratégicos para nosotros: la preparación y coordinación de ofertas técnico-económicas en proyectos IT de alto impacto.
🚀 ¿Qué harás?
- Liderarás el proceso end-to-end de elaboración de propuestas (licitaciones públicas y privadas), colaborando con equipos técnicos, preventa, delivery, financiero y dirección.
- Coordinarás la recepción, análisis y reparto de peticiones de oferta.
- Construirás la propuesta de valor que nos diferencie en cada oportunidad.
- Redactarás contenidos clave, documentos ejecutivos y materiales de presentación.
- Participarás activamente en la estrategia de ventas desde el origen de la oportunidad.
- Aportarás tu visión para mejorar modelos, procesos y estándares de preventa.
🧠 ¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia previa como Bid Manager, responsable de preventa o en desarrollo de negocio dentro del mundo IT o consultoría.
- Capacidad de análisis, redacción de propuestas y visión estratégica.
- Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinares y coordinando tiempos exigentes.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión, orientado/a a resultados, con autonomía y mentalidad colaborativa.
- Y sobre todo… ganas de ser parte de algo grande.
