Customer Service Specialist (French & English) – Industrial Sector
We are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for a medium sized industrial company, nationally based and operating in international markets. The position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès and offers a stable role in a family-owned company with an excellent working environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Order management from receipt to delivery
- Follow-up of shipments and delivery dates
- Handling customer incidents and claims
- Coordination with factory and logistics teams
- Daily contact with customers in French and Spanish
- Collaboration with Sales, including a supportive commercial component
Your profile:
- +3 years of experience in Customer Service (industrial sector is a plus)
- Fluent French and English – both mandatory
- Other languages will be valued
- Highly organized, responsible and customer-oriented
- Strong communication skills and high adaptability
- Comfortable working in an international environment
