¿Cómo será tu día a día? 📲💻

- Diseñarás y liderarás las soluciones técnicas del proyecto, asegurando que sean robustas, escalables y alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
- Tendrás un rol clave como referente técnico, guiando al equipo tanto en decisiones estratégicas como en la implementación diaria.
- Supervisarás la calidad del código y el rendimiento de las aplicaciones, proponiendo mejoras continuas tanto a nivel técnico como de procesos.
- Promoverás buenas prácticas de desarrollo como TDD, revisión de código y documentación técnica.
- Actuarás como facilitador en la resolución de conflictos técnicos y contribuirás al crecimiento del equipo desde un rol de liderazgo técnico activo.

Sobre ti... 🙎🏼 ♀🙎🏾 ♂

- Tienes un sólido background en back-end, especialmente con tecnologías como Java, Spring Boot, SQL, microservicios, cloud y sistemas de mensajería.
- Cuentas con capacidad para liderar técnicamente a otros desarrolladores, sin dejar de lado tu implicación directa en el desarrollo.
- Tienes una buena base técnica en front-end con tecnologías como React, HTML y CSS.
- Tienes experiencia en la automatización de pruebas y en herramientas como Jest o Vitest para asegurar la calidad del código.
