What are we looking for?

The SAP MM Consultant in InsudPharma will be responsible for managing and optimizing incidents and developments related to the SAP Materials Management (MM) module within a manufacturing environment. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the SAP MM system supports business needs and enhances overall operational efficiency.

The challenge

System Management and Optimization:

- Manage and optimize the SAP MM module to meet the evolving needs of manufacturing operations.
- Perform system configurations and customizations to align with business processes.

Project Management:

- Lead implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects for SAP MM.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP PP, SD).

Business Analysis:

- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify system requirements and improvements.
- Develop and document functional specifications for system enhancements.

User Support and Training:

- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for SAP MM users.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate effective system usage.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure SAP MM processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into inventory management, purchasing, and overall system performance.

What do you need?

Experience:

- Over 8 years of experience working with SAP MM in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP MM.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EWM.
- Desirable experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PM.
- Desirable experience in implementation, configuration, and support of VIM.

Education:

- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications:

- SAP MM certification is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP WM configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they align with SAP MM functionalities.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA, Atlassian, PowerBI.
- PMP training and S/4HANA certification are desirable.
