Tu propósito en este rol:
Tu misión será garantizar que la formación fluya sin fricciones: desde la configuración del LMS y la coordinación de convocatorias, hasta la medición del impacto y el cumplimiento normativo. Aquí tu trabajo tiene un propósito: mejorar la experiencia de aprendizaje y contribuir al desarrollo de miles de personas.
Lo que harás en tu día a día:
- Gestionar el plan anual de formación en coordinación con el cliente.
- Administrar y configurar el LMS corporativo .
- Enviar convocatorias y dar soporte a usuarios.
- Tramitar FUNDAE y asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.
- Medir el impacto de la formación mediante reportes y KPIs.
- Acompañar en auditorías y procesos de calidad.
- Control administrativo: facturación y seguimiento económico .
