Company Overview

We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market-leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

Job Description:

Are you ready to contribute to shaping the future of TV? We're seeking a Junior Product Manager who will report directly to the Global Product Director, working on the entire ecosystem of our operating system, from the firmware to the launch, and from FAST channels propositions to the core advertising business. This role is pivotal in ensuring product growth and seamless product operations

This position would be perfect for someone who has recently completed a tech conversion course or similar (such as Codecademy) and is looking for their first step into the Product Management world. Its main focus will be online advertising monetisation.

Job Responsibilities:

- You’ll be overseeing product operations such as software and hardware quality review and documentation maintenance in Agile tools such as Confluence / Jira.
- You’ll be working closely with the Quality Assurance team by managing test cases, acceptance criteria, and ensuring product compliance (occasionally testing features or fixes yourself if needed).
- You’ll create and maintain consistent communication channels for follow-ups and updates on product-related tasks.
- You’ll be drafting communications & reports for senior stakeholders regarding product updates on key product metrics, issues, and resolutions to inform decision-making.
- You’ll be the administrator for our product tools, ensuring smooth functionality and user support.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in Product management or recent experience in a tech conversion course (such as Codecademy)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence and Jira (Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus, but not a must)
- Experience in ad ops or ad tech is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without reducing quality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in English.
