SGF Global is recruiting an Agronomist & Sales Manager on behalf of a leading international company specializing in innovative horticulture and agricultural solutions. The company provides advanced products that help growers improve yield, efficiency, and sustainability, working closely with growers, cooperatives, and distributors worldwide.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing market penetration, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth within the Murcia region. The role serves as the local representative, building long-term relationships with growers, cooperatives, and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and grow market share.

Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and market penetration in the Murcia region
- Manage and develop relationships with growers, cooperatives, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Represent the company locally and act as a trusted partner to customers

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of sales experience in agriculture or horticulture
- Background in agronomy or strong familiarity with agricultural cycles
- Experience working directly with growers
- English and Spanish - MUST
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
