Monbusiness.eu, créé en 2021, est une agence de marketing digital en pleine transformation, basée à Barcelone avec la majorité de ses clients en France.

Aujourd'hui, nous aidons des entrepreneurs, des marques e-commerce et des TPE à générer des leads, des conversions et de la visibilité grâce à Google Ads, Meta Ads et une stratégie créative.

Nous avons une base solide, du volume, des résultats — mais nous voulons beaucoup mieux.

Nous construisons aujourd'hui les fondations de notre prochaine phase de croissance.

Et pour y arriver, nous avons besoin d'un(e) Chief of Staff expérimenté(e) pour coordonner nos équipes, piloter nos projets et structurer notre exécution.

Ta mission

Coordonner les équipes et piloter les projets pour permettre à l'agence de scaler.

• Aligner les équipes (sales, marketing, créa, ops) sur les priorités et les objectifs

• Piloter l'avancement des projets : deadlines, livrables, owners, reporting

• Organiser les rituels d'équipe (daily, weekly, réunions stratégiques)

• Structurer et documenter les process internes (Notion, Asana, Drive)

• Piloter les recrutements de A à Z : définition de poste, sourcing, entretiens, onboarding

• Préparer et exécuter les projets prioritaires du fondateur

Ce que nous attendons de toi

• Expérience solide : 3-5 ans en Chief of Staff, Operations, ou rôle de bras droit en startup/scale-up.

• Rigueur et méthode : tu sais structurer, prioriser, et faire avancer les sujets.

• Esprit d'initiative : tu ne restes pas bloqué(e), tu proposes des solutions.

• Orientation résultats : tu cherches à faire avancer les projets, pas à gérer la complexité.

• Langues : français courant + anglais professionnel.

• Outils : à l'aise avec Notion, Asana, Google Suite, Slack.

• Rémunération : 35-50K€ brut annuel selon expérience
