✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Define and maintain cloud architecture, including Azure AD, hybrid identity, and security principles.
- Lead migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and Microsoft security frameworks.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and other tools.
- Manage enterprise-scale projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- FP, Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Fluent in Spanish
- Advanced level of English - C1
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture in enterprise environments.
- Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD.
- Proven experience in migration projects and hybrid setups.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Graph API).
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

- Workplace: Madrid offices + remote work (hybrid model)
- Work Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00 hours
