As a Software Project Manager, you will

- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of software engineering projects from initiation through release

- Partner with Platform and Product teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively remove blockers

- Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Product

- Ensure alignment with engineering best practices, quality standards, and release processes

- Support release planning, versioning, and go‑to‑market coordination

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and tooling

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects

- Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies

- Experience working directly with software engineers and technical leads

- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable plans and timelines

- Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

- Superb presentation skills and executive communication

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams effectively.

- Solid organizational and time‑management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail

- Perfect command of English (Fluent or Native)

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience managing large‑scale or distributed engineering teams

- Familiarity with modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, event‑driven systems)

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management

- Experience working in product‑driven or SaaS environments

- Certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or SAFe

- Background in QA, development, or technical program management
