The Role

We’re looking for a People & Culture Partner to join our team in Vigo. You’ll work closely with our VP People & Culture for UKI & Continental Europe, supporting colleagues across Spain and Portugal.

This is a hands-on role with real influence. You’ll lead recruitment, HR operations, and engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture and deliver tangible impact across two dynamic markets.

You’ll be based three days per week in our Vigo hub , with two days remote from anywhere in Spain, and occasional collaboration visits to Portugal.

This is what you’ll be doing

You’ll manage the full recruitment process—from defining needs to sourcing, interviewing, and supporting offers. You’ll be the main contact for employees in Spain and Portugal, ensuring smooth HR operations covering contracts, benefits, payroll and compliance.

You’ll also play a vital role in delivering initiatives that support engagement, recognition, and performance—helping to embed a high-performing, connected culture as Hubexo continues its global transformation.

About You

You’re proactive, adaptable , and comfortable working with pace and precision. You bring at least four years of HR generalist experience , ideally in a tech-driven or international environment.

You’re fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English , with a natural ability to build trust and make things happen. You thrive on ownership and enjoy being the bridge between people, process, and purpose.

El Rol

Buscamos un People & Culture Partner para unirse a nuestro equipo en Vigo. Trabajarás mano a mano con nuestra VP de Personas y Cultura para UKI y Europa Continental, apoyando a los equipos en España y Portugal.

Es un puesto práctico, con influencia real. Liderarás procesos de selección, operaciones de RRHH y proyectos de compromiso que refuercen nuestra cultura y generen impacto tangible en dos mercados dinámicos.

Trabajarás tres días por semana en nuestro hub de Vigo y dos días en remoto desde cualquier parte de España, con colaboraciones ocasionales en Portugal.

Esto es lo que harás

Gestionarás todo el proceso de selección, desde la definición de necesidades hasta la búsqueda de talento, entrevistas y apoyo en las ofertas. Serás el punto de contacto principal para los empleados en España y Portugal, garantizando unas operaciones de RRHH fluidas, abarcando contratos, beneficios, nómina y cumplimiento.

También desempeñarás un papel clave en la implementación de iniciativas de compromiso, reconocimiento y rendimiento, ayudando a consolidar una cultura conectada y de alto rendimiento a medida que Hubexo continúa su transformación global.

Sobre Ti

Eres proactivo, adaptable y te sientes cómodo trabajando con ritmo y precisión. Aportas al menos cuatro años de experiencia generalista en RRHH , idealmente en un entorno tecnológico o internacional.

Hablas español, portugués e inglés con fluidez y tienes una gran capacidad para generar confianza y conseguir resultados. Te motiva asumir responsabilidad y ser el puente entre las personas, los procesos y el propósito.
