Job Name: Pump Inspections - Spain (Api 610 - #52640)

Inspections to be conducted on Pumps in Illescas, Toledo – SPAIN between 02.12.2025 – 05.12.2025, manufactured according to API 610 standard.

Inspector Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in rotating equipment inspection.

- Must be knowledgeable about the API 610 standard.

- Must be EN ISO 9712 RT and PT or MT certified.

- Must be CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2 certified.

Inspection Scope:

- Section 4: Performance test (W)

- Section 5: 4 hr. Mechanical run test (W)

- Quality documentation (R)

- Hydrostatic test

- Balancing

- Bearing temperature measurement

- Vibrations measurement

- NPSH test

- Material certificates

- Welding consumables certificates

- RT Film evaluations

- Weld log checks

- NDT report checks (RT, PMI, PT/MT, etc.)

- Quality file checks
