En esta ocasión, buscamos un/a Sales & Technical Field Specialist .

Un rol clave para dar soporte técnico-comercial a las delegaciones del distribuidor principal de la zona, dinamizar el punto de venta y proponer acciones que impulsen negocio.

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Dar soporte técnico y comercial a las delegaciones del distribuidor principal de la zona y a prescriptores clave, impulsando el negocio a través de asesoramiento técnico, visitas conjuntas, resolución de incidencias en fase de preventa/venta y propuestas de acciones locales.

TUS RESPOSANBILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

- Soporte técnico-comercial en delegaciones del distribuidor:
- Resolver consultas técnicas sobre productos, aplicaciones y soluciones:
- Acompañar a las delegaciones y a sus ingenieros/as en ofertas técnicas y defensa de proyectos.
- Realizar visitas a obra en caso de incidencias antes de la venta, aportando soporte y evitando problemas futuros.
- Atender consultas técnicas de instaladores en preventa, puesta en marcha e incidencias.
- Dar apoyo puntual en consultas de posventa.
- Relación con prescriptores y captación técnica:
- Visitas a ingenierías, arquitecturas y despachos técnicos.
- Captación ocasional de proyectos de ingeniería/arquitectura y coordinación con el distribuidor para su desarrollo.
- Formación técnica y dinamización de mercado:
- Impartir formación técnica in situ a equipos del distribuidor e instaladores.
- Formaciones técnicas adaptadas a ingenierías y soluciones de mercado.
- Proponer e impulsar eventos o promociones locales que dinamicen la actividad.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS:

Formación : Ingeniero Técnico o segundo grado en módulo preferiblemente en formación frigorífica.

Experiencia :

- 2–5 años en entornos de ventas, instalaciones o soporte técnico-comercial.
- Experiencia técnica en producto y/o instalaciones.
- Disponibilidad para viajar por la zona norte.

Competencias:

- Comunicación clara con perfiles técnicos y comerciales.
- Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de gestión.
- Orientación a cliente y versatilidad.
- Capacidad para detectar necesidades y proponer mejoras.
- Buen trato y habilidad para generar confianza.
- Inglés valorable.
