Join a dynamic, innovative engineering environment where your expertise will help shape high‑quality, cloud‑native solutions. We are looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects reported by customers, ensuring product stability and compliance with specifications.
- Perform efficient debugging to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation following internal standards.
- Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and implement software optimizations.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams—Product Management, Business Analysts, QA, and Global Operations—to build high‑quality, reliable software.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, leveraging shared expertise and diverse backgrounds.
- Coordinate development activities across teams and functional areas.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Java programming .

Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native technologies such as:

- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Microservices architecture

- Familiarity with the full product development lifecycle , including production support.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing deliverables effectively.
- Strong reporting discipline regarding project status, potential risks, and relevant technical challenges.
- Experience in software maintenance and working within Agile Scrum teams .
