Job Title:
Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Fragrance Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for our fragrances at national, European, and international levels.

Main Responsibilities

- Maintaining and updating our database of substances and fragrances
- Application of current regulations and legislation (IFRA, SDS, Ecolabel, Cosmos, Ecocert, etc.)
- Preparation of technical and legal documentation (data sheets, certificates, safety assessments, etc.)
- Regulatory assistance to departments such as laboratory, production, logistics, and sales

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology (master's degree in Regulatory Affairs / Aromas / Fragrances would be an advantage)
- At least 2 years' experience in similar positions within the sector
- A high level of English (essential)
