SENER Aeroespacial is hiring engineers for the RF/EMC/Electronics test laboratory in the MAIT Area (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test) to join our team at our Cerdanyola work center.
We are a pioneering engineering company in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In defence, we design and produce equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. Responsibilities
- Operating state-of-the-art RF laboratory equipment (DC to 67 GHz), such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Designing and developing test benches, equipment, and software for automated verification of product requirements.
- Conducting functional, performance, and EMC testing on satellite payload components (e.g., radiometers, transceivers, LNAs, receivers, downconverters, local oscillators, DC/DC converters).
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, logbooks, and reports.
- Participating in internal meetings and customer reviews to define and assess test plans, procedures, and results.
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of non-conformance reports.
- Sharing knowledge within the test team and contributing to the continuous improvement of the test area.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience testing RF equipment at high frequencies.
- Programming skills in Python for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and reporting.
- Knowledge of EMC standards, procedures and testing.
Nice to have
- Previous experience testing digital units.
- Experience with communication buses such as SpaceWire and J1553.
- Knowledge on EMC Testing.
- Programming in Python for test automation and reporting.
