Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and goal-orientedJunior Sales & Marketing Specialistto join our digital advertising team. In this position, you’ll work alongside businesses to create and manage impactful Google Ads strategies that boost their online visibility and deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose customized digital advertising solutions aligned with each client’s goals
Achieve personal performance targets while contributing to the team's success
Build strong client relationships by providing strategic insights and continued support
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to guide campaign planning
Enhance advertising performance to maximize ROI and campaign impact
Keep up with the latest developments in tools, features, and digital marketing trends
Offer proactive, results-focused support to maintain high client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow
