En Eni, estamos buscando un/a Customer Service Specialist para unirse a Plenitude en Santander, España. Darás apoyo al Departamento de Customer Service, reportando directamente a la responsable del departamento.

Principales funciones:

- Prospectar y fidelizar clientes.
- Brindar información y resolver dudas.
- Solucionar problemas del cliente.
- Acortar los tiempos de servicio.
- Impulsar las ventas.
- Recibir y tramitar pedidos, solicitudes y reclamaciones.

Formación y experiencia requeridas:

- Experiencia en puesto similar.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Conocimientos de informática.
