💻 Lo que harás
- Diseñar soluciones para un ecosistema digital complejo y de gran escala.
- Alinear decisiones técnicas con la visión estratégica del negocio, asegurando consistencia y excelencia.
- Colaborar con equipos de producto, ingeniería y stakeholders senior para traducir necesidades en soluciones robustas.
- Garantizar que las soluciones cumplan con requisitos funcionales y no funcionales, siguiendo estándares enterprise.
- Ser clave en la revisión de calidad, pruebas de sistemas, gestión de interdependencias y validación de entregables.
- Interlocutar directamente con dirección tecnológica y partners estratégicos a nivel internacional.
🧠 Requisitos
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo de software.
- Haber trabajado en entornos corporativos grandes o proyectos de alta complejidad.
- Formación en ingeniería o background técnico equivalente.
- Inglés fluido escrito y hablado (imprescindible).
- Disponibilidad para acudir 1 día por semana a las oficinas en Madrid.

- Experiencia tratando con Directores de Tecnología y stakeholders senior.
- Conocimientos en metodologías de arquitectura como TOGAF.
- Familiaridad con arquitecturas monolíticas, microservicios, event-driven y SOA.
- Buen entendimiento de OOP, bases de datos relacionales / KV / documentales.
- Nociones de cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) y CI/CD.
- Capacidad para documentar requisitos y guiar al negocio hacia prioridades claras.
- Versatilidad, adaptabilidad y pensamiento crítico.
