We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team at METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella - Estepona (Spain).

Main Responsibilities

- Handle client and travel agency requests with a proactive sales approach, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

- Manage individual and group reservations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.

- Provide accurate information regarding rates, availability, and hotel services.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.

- Maximize upselling opportunities and optimize hotel occupancy.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, or German are highly valued.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
