An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Cost Manager to join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a long-standing reputation for excellence across Europe.

This organisation has been operating since 2001, growing organically and building a strong reputation for delivering tailored, cost-effective project and cost management solutions. With established offices throughout the UK and Europe, the team works on complex and high-impact developments for clients spanning data centre, industrial, logistics, commercial and mixed-use projects.

You’ll be joining a diverse, expert-led group that values collaboration, clarity and long-term client partnerships, supporting projects from feasibility through to delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cost management services across a range of high-value projects.
- Prepare cost plans, detailed estimates, forecasts and financial reports.
- Monitor budgets, risks and procurement to optimise commercial outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with clients, design teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
- Drive value and cost efficiency through proactive commercial strategies.

Essential Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in project and cost management.
- Proven background working with an international consultancy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
